Sex Doll News: Fanreal Vanessa, SGD Chun Li, YQ Doll, & More

With the hectic CNY holidays over with, things have more-or-less returned to normal. This week, things weren’t as exciting as last week’s “grand return,” but there were plenty of new releases. Older brands like Fanreal and Funwest returned with something new, while newer brands like Lusandy and MMX Doll remained incredibly active. It was Starpery’s turn to unload photosets this time, and SGD Studio announced their latest video game figure. Without further ado, let’s get back on track with more sex doll news.

WM Doll

WM returned with a cool tribal theme, featuring their WM25 (165cm) body with Head SS111. While the photos are nice, it’s a bit disappointing that WM/Jinsan still hasn’t made any progress in weight-reduction (as seen with LilyDoll), as she weighs 47 kg (104 lbs).

SE Doll

SE Doll released a new T163cm C-cup body (with Real Skin Texture) and a new head called Cindy. On-par with their usual style, the head’s classy while the body’s balanced and elegant at 33 kg (73 lbs).

Elsa Babe

On a roll, Elsa Babe released their latest anime head, Asaka Moeri. With elf ears, heart eyes, blush lines, and an opened mouth, she combines many interesting details. I’m curious how she looks in other colors though as the white theme is simple yet distracting.

Real Lady

After releasing their 159cm body last week, Real Lady returned with a softness video. Worth watching for a better look at the new body and the overall softness.

FANREAL

Fanreal returned with a new head called Vanessa. Paired with the 168cm body, she has an interesting Latina look with implanted braids (in 3 total photosets).

They also shared new photos of their 162cm Jing, for those more into Asian faces.

Funwest Doll

Back with more, Funwest Doll released a new TPE head called Eira. Surfboarding in the snow (which is kind of funny), I think she has a pretty nice face. An improvement over their last head (Iris), and a nice winter photoset as well.

Additionally, they shared new “Hatsune Miku”-inspired photos of their silicone 159cm Amy. Very clever and creative posing (with stands and ropes), that their photographer said took twice as long as usual. It turned out very well.

Lusandy

Still active since launch, Lusandy released a new head called Maya on their 165cm body. Personally, this head reminds me a lot of Angel Kiss, and she looks pretty classy. I like that she seems happy without visibly smiling.

Starpery

Starpery returned with 4 new photosets of old heads rejuvenated in new ways. In particular, I like Natalia’s complete makeover, Iris looks pretty as usual, but I’m not a huge fan of Hao’s body choice. But, 4 different bodies with a little something for everyone.

FU Doll

FU Doll shared some photos of their 162cm Xiaobei cosplayed as Mai Shiranui. I was hoping for a photoset this week, but this is all we’ll get for now.

Sanhui

After much silence, Sanhui re-emerged with new photos of their classic 158cm + Head #8 (with new makeup). She looks pretty cute, and could fit in Irontech’s Wonder Dolly series. But besides new photos, Sanhui hasn’t really released anything lately. They were super inactive, then randomly became the first global brand to release openable and closable eyes (“Smart Eyes”) in April 2024, and then disappeared again..

Yue Doll

Yue Doll shared new photos of their 165cm Qingxi, one of their first heads (that never had professional photos). Originally, she was on the 163cm body, but interestingly, Yue Doll is able to mix-and-match their heads and bodies as AIO (probably has separate molds of every combination), although the one shown isn’t AIO (they have separate heads and bodies as well). I think this combo looks pretty good, and the body has Real Skin Texture.

MMX Doll

Another active new brand, MMX Doll, released their 2nd Western head called Selena. Maybe it’s the heavy makeup, but her eyes look a bit odd to me, but somewhat unique.

LilyDoll

A new brand called LilyDoll launched recently. If you haven’t already seen my post, you can find it here.

YQ Doll

A cheap brand that I’ve seen a lot but have never shown, YQ Doll (not to be confused with YouQ Doll), released their first-ever silicone body (166cm), fully equipped with Real Skin Texture. Normally, they make cheap TPE and hybrid dolls so this was unexpected and looks really good. Eventually, every TPE brand tests out silicone, and it’s usually a huge leap forward (probably due to all the established silicone factories to choose from). But unfortunately, no reputable vendors carry this brand.

They also showcased the body with a European head (Y04), which also looks pretty good, and gives a better overview of the body. Oddly, none of the websites carrying this doll lists the specs (not really a good sign..), so no idea on the weight. Also, I don’t endorse any of the websites that carry this brand..

SGD Studio – Last but not least

After 2 successful figures (Tifa and 2B), SGD Studio revealed their 3rd silicone figure/mini doll: Chun Li. At around 60cm tall, she arrives with a cute face, muscular body, and fitting costume. Presales are opened, but the estimated release date is pretty far away at Q3-Q4 2025 (one vendor says Dec 2025). I guess that’s expected since they do many things by hand (like hair and makeup). Quite small in size, but I think she looks really good (a faithful recreation) and I like the muscular build. For whatever reason, they’re also known as FG Studio now.

Conclusion

That wraps up another eventful week of sex doll news. Things are quickly returning to normal with most brands making their post-CNY comeback. Well, some brands like XYcolo and JY Doll are still in deep slumber lately, showing almost no signs of life. In the meantime, more-and-more new brands are emerging leaving some older ones in the dust.

In other news, South China Morning Post wrote an article about WM Doll’s Metabox (AI) which resulted in a lot of mainstream media attention recently. Seeing all the articles about WM’s “cutting-edge AI dolls” makes me wonder if any of them actually watched the Metabox video, which I personally thought seemed awkward, outdated, and disappointing. It’s basically an integrated speaker with a lackluster AI chatbot. Well, at least more “doll AI” is in the works for those who want it. Maybe 2025 will be the year of AI heads instead of 2024, which I was wrong about. Only time will tell.. Until next time!

Hopefully, they can keep it up. Almost every brand has returned with something new, though we still haven’t seen Zelex and some other brands yet.
