Two weeks into 2025, things quickly began to pick up again. This week, most name-brands returned from the sidelines, overshadowing the smaller brands with new releases and teasers. This includes an unexpected Gynoid teaser, Sino Doll goes down the anime rabbit hole, and new heads from Starpery, Firefly Diary, and more. Interestingly, brands wasted no time before the upcoming CNY holiday and unloaded a ton of updates. Therefore, let’s get 2025 back on track with a surprisingly packed week of news.

Jinsan Doll

After several anime dolls, Jinsan Doll returned with a new Asian LS#71 head. She’s pretty cute, though maybe a bit too cute for the 175cm silicone body.

Angel Kiss

On the Western side, Angel Kiss released a new LS#73 head on the same 175cm body. Very classic Jinsan-style face (a bit like SE Doll) that fits the body well.

SE Doll

Meanwhile, SE Doll released a new head called Sylvia on their silicone 161cm body. She looks somewhat interesting but not particularly unique.

Elsa Babe

With no end in sight, Elsa Babe released 2 new anime heads, beginning with Sakura Honoka. Like a slightly-older version of Ijuuin Maki, she has stylish smiling eyes, elf ears, and a little tongue.

The other head is Furuhara Maya. Also with charming eyes and a smile, she’s pretty cute too.

Sino Doll

As anime season kicks off again, Sino Doll teased their first-ever anime heads on an upcoming S143 Soft-Max body. Long ago, they had a special GD Series (which was like half-anime, half-realistic), but the latest Head S55 is fully anime. Meanwhile, Head S56 is a bit more questionable, but shows more of the body (I’ll just blur the face to be safe). Reactions were mixed but Sino’s response was basically “more variety” as they target a new niche.

Gynoid

When Model 21 launched two months ago, Gynoid hinted of an upcoming Western head. Finally, they revealed the long-delayed head, Elsa. Normally, Gynoid heads are quite similar in style, but this is the first that I wouldn’t have recognized as a Gynoid. A pretty interesting head on their Model 21 (164cm) body.

Real Lady

3 months after its release, Real Lady corrected a mistake regarding their 2nd body’s height. Originally, it was listed as 162cm tall, but recently, they discovered that it was actually 168cm tall. Therefore, the 162cm body is now known as 168cm (nothing else changed besides the naming).

That brings us into 2 new photosets of the 168cm body with their R1 Adela head. Featuring an elegant bedroom theme in 2 styles and lovely butt photos.

Additionally, they shared new photos of their 170cm body with Kitty head.

Jiusheng

Continuing their Japanese-inspired trend, Jiusheng released a new head called Hina (with ROS) on their 148B body. She looks pretty cute, but more MLW style than Jiusheng in my opinion.

Starpery

After much silence, Starpery returned with 2 new heads. Starting with Lucy, who has a mature and smiling Asian face. Not really my cup of tea, but an interesting face with prominent cheekbones.

Next was a Western head called Eva Gray (or Grey). Also slightly more mature, she has an interesting but rather bored look – especially following Lucy’s smile.

HR Doll

Meanwhile, HR Doll had 2 new heads of their own on the 161cm M-cup body. Starting with Betsy, who looks quite cute paired with this overly thick, BBW body.

Next, Yvette fits the body a bit better in my opinion, with similarly elegant photos.

Top Fire Doll

Top Fire Doll released a new silicone 164cm body with 2 new heads: Kali and Lin. Kali has a cutesy look (like an anime Ashley Graham) while Lin looks a bit more serious. Meanwhile, the body is somewhat petite with small breasts, big butt, and a coinslot vagina – weighing 28 kg (62 lbs).

Not done just yet, they also released 2 new Western heads on their 163cm body. Both with ROS, they look fairly interesting in Tan skin.

Firefly Diary

Long since their last female head, Firefly Diary released a new head called Linglong. With a smile, she looks fairly interesting but a bit similar to their other heads. It also looks like they’re done with their initial school theme.

SHEDOLL

Next, Shedoll released a new head called Su Yehuan (or Vesper). She looks pretty interesting; cute from some angles and more mature in others.

They also shared new photos of their silicone 163cm Bailu (or Beryl) – this time with blonde hair – giving her a bit of a Western twist.

Galatea Doll

Galatea shared more photos of their recent stunner, Head JS135. Here, she looks noticeably cuter with soft, natural makeup.

They also shared new photos of their 164cm body + Head JS136, this time with more realistic makeup and freckles. Although I’m not a huge fan of this wide body, she looks pretty cute here.

MMX Doll

MMX Doll shared new photos of their 165cm-B Mengqi. A fairly simple photoshoot with some nice poses.

SY Doll

While many brands returned from the shadows, SY Doll returned to their roots – reviving one of their very first heads (Head #14) on the TPE 160cm body. Modernized for 2025, she still has nostalgic vibes and seems to have aged well.

Doll Senior

Perhaps the first innovation of the year, Doll Senior developed a new variation of TPE that they call U-TPE. According to them, U-TPE “simulates the softness and elasticity of female skin,” feels delicate but is resilient and durable, and produces less oil. Sounds a bit like other brands’ S-TPE, but there isn’t a video to demonstrate it besides the vague description and these photos..

XT Doll

Last but not least, XT Doll had 2 firsts this week: their first-ever AIO (seamless neck) doll, and the first-ever AIO doll with closed eyes. It’s also their first body casted from a real woman. At around 169cm tall and 36.5 kg (80 lbs), she’s currently on presale in Asia only. While a closed-eyed AIO doll seems a bit odd, it’s cool to see them try something new.

Conclusion

That wraps up a stacked 2nd week of 2025. Just when things were dying down, name-brands returned with a vengeance, full of new releases and teasers. Granted, it was mainly just a bunch of new heads of varying styles. Doll Senior’s new U-TPE might be interesting if it’s different from S-TPE, and XT Doll’s first AIO doll starts off the year strong for them. Sino’s attempt at anime was unexpected (going from hyper-realistic to anime), but every brand eventually tries the anime niche sooner or later.. Although there was much to see, it was mostly more variety as usual, without a clear goal for 2025 yet. Will 2025 be the year for AI, something entirely different, or just more of the same?
